What kind of warranty do VoroMotors offer?

All new scooters and dirt bikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or bikes.

What if I need repair services or assistance?

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

If you’re using a credit or debit card and your first attempt doesn’t go through, don’t panic — this is actually very common.

If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Can I pick up locally?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and bikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt bikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs.

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full bike, then you just need to install the wheel.

Twist and Shout!

Purchased the Emove Cruiser twist throttle, and by far it is the best and most comfortable throttle. I started with the trigger throttle that my Cruiser came with, then bought the thumb throttle, but I did not like it at all, so I put my trigger back on. Just installed the twist and love it. It was so easy to put on. I initially had the wrong P setting, but Ashley from Voro helped me with that. Thanks Ashley. Now it's just twist and go!

I haven't used it yet, the cruise control on the thumb throttle is wonderful!

Emove cruiser gets a TWIST

I have a emove cruiser it came with a finger throttle which I wasn’t excited about then I bought the horizontal thumb throttle which had a big dead zone in the beginning then I put on a sine wave controller which was ok but still dead zone then I bought a vertical thumb throttle which had a defect So I punted and dropped off the cruiser at VORO NYC they confirmed the defect in the throttle and then had a twist throttle so I tried that one they installed it overnight and I picked up my cruiser the next day. The service team was awesome John wrote me up and got things moving fast they fixed a few other things and had me back on my scooter the next day. Intermittent electrical issues drive me nuts and the VORO service team went through the scooter and it’s going great I like the twist throttle because it’s like a motorcycle it’s more intuitive for me. I love great service and VORO NYC, Kohn and his team deliver. No runaround no BS just hit me back up and enjoying my scooter again
