Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. 1) it is GOOD to have it, to comply with our state laws.
2) however, caution must be noted: IF TURNING LEFT, THE PEDAL MUST BE AT HIGHEST POINT! SAME GOES FOR THE RIGHTSIDE!
3) MUST WEAR SHOES, OR YOU .... WILL LOSE YOUR TOES!
4) PUTTING ON THE CHAIN TENSIONER IS NOT CLEAR ON THE INSTRUCTIONS!
