What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

It does this job but it's not worth $13 if there was two or three for 13 then it would be worth it but for one piece of rubber it is not worth $13

Slow service
I order a minor part for my scooter, and it took over a month to receive. Having more readily available parts I hope becomes more of a priority. Nonetheless, I have had my Cruiser for over 5 years, and it is still working well. The best scooter on the market and I'll give it 5 stars.
