All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?
All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days from the purchase date. Shipping time varies slightly during peak & holiday seasons. What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Worth every penny! Very secure - even with my iPhone 14-Pro (larger phone) including my case. Very well made and the phone mounts better than I ever expected. I wish I had a way to use a mount this sturdy in my CAR!!! Oh well… I prefer riding my scooter with some tunes.

Good for commute
Son rides this to work most days. Smooth ride, battery holds good charge. He lost some screws (he wasn’t great at checking them) but was able to buy replacements from Varro. So far he has had one flat tire, but auto repair shop was able to plug this type tire without needing to remove it. Big improvement over the Segway Ninebot he used to ride.
