Team Voro Mantis SE FIXED

Writing because I read many reviews before I bought , as one should . So I’m a keep it real , love my mantis SE 2022 . Beast of a machine easy buy no pressure and planned to buy local . It paid off as I had an issue with a cut cable at wheel / motor from manufacturer , Voro responded immediately and changed parts to new and got my ride back no charge no hassle . Another issue arrived and no problem Voro team was on it. Light issue. I also ask questions often because these aren’t cheap and should last a while and obviously must be safe to ride, they answer fast daily even. Team here has done everything and more to assist and so far so good 169 miles and going strong , call email chat they on it fast, ride safe enjoy.
