Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. Fast and reliable scooter. I use it to commute from Penn station to harlem still have enough juice to get home. Beats using crowded public transportation and get to my destination quicker

Haven't had to charge the Wolf yet but I suspect the chargers will be fine. If not, I'm confident Voro Motors will take care of it promptly.
