Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Doing your job is not doing me a favor

Garbage scooter spent over 4 thousand garbage would not ever buy anything from here again stay local u will get better service. If I ever sold someone something and it broke and I just mailed them the parts I would be out of business. Dan from customer service was good but his job is to handle warranty claims. FYI voro my warranty doesn’t start before you even take the money off my card. Do better voro
