All new scooters and dirt bikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or bikes.

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.


We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and bikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt bikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

 

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. 

 

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full bike, then you just need to install the wheel.

Much better ride

The tubed tire was unable to mount correctly on the wheel which caused severe vibration(out of round). The tubeless tire is much better( came on my V2 and replaced on my original V. Not sure why. My mountain bikes and previous mopeds
uses tubed type tires with no problems. Thank you🙂
