Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Wrong motor, huge dent.

Not only did voro send me the entirety wrong motor (60v 1200w for one of the Wolf Warrior variants, when I ordered a 72v 2000w motor for the King GT Pro), but they also shipped it terribly. There was a bunch of empty space in the box, and the motor had an enormous dent. When I called about a replacement, they said they didn't have any in stock, and offered a refund after shipping back, which I have still to receive. I would order directly from Kaabo.
