Although the Mantis Pro Se is already very stable, this steering damper makes it so much better. Installation was very easy. Did have an issue with the spacer stripping but Voro Motors was great to provide a replacement

I actually preferred my mantis with no damper. I have the 10x3 tires not the stock ones. These tires alone makes the scooter Ride differently. Although the steering definitely helps with the wobbles at high speed it’s not for everyone. As everyone has there own preferences. But if you want a more stable ride at high speed and for them unexpected pot holes definitely get them. Installation is a breeze. 10/10 it’s just not for me or maybe it takes some getting used too. No regrets though it’s a must buy if you are running the stock tires 10x2.5

Loving the damper!!! Definitely more stable at higher speeds. Stable when using one hand. Definitely worth the money!
Comes with no installation instructions. Fear not! VOROMOTORS has posted a step by step video on YouTube. Only problem is the video has improper installation instructions! When putting bracket on frame they show the bracket on the inside of frame installed upside down. Flipping part over so it fits IN the frame keeps mount nice and flush when tightened down. VOROMOTORS should repost video with correct installation instructions.

Let me start by saying that the steering on the Mantis Pro SE is pretty stabile to begin with. I added this to ensure stability while riding one handed (EG: adjusting my back pack or helmet visor, etc.)
It works great and makes the steering feel very solid, even when riding at 40mph!
I would deduct 1/2 star if I could because it somewhat limits the steering range. This can make the scooter difficult to maneuver when you are parking it in tight spaces. (Does not affect while riding.) If the damper rod were another 1 or 2 inches longer, this would not be an issue.
