I just bought the RoadRunner Pro seated electric scooter and I love it! I'm 81 years old and I think it's the next best thing to a Harley. It has plenty of power, and it's easy to handle. The workmanship on this bike is top notch, I really like the cruise control and the Redundant braking, but for me the best of all is the smooth
comfortable ride as I head off into the country and when I get back home I park it right in my living room safe from prying eyes

Could could use better quality parts rather than reliable. More to the fact they design substandard parts that rattle loose fall apart and become dangerous.
There are ways to mitigate this. However, this is what I've seen regarding this company. Like I said, good company needs work. But still good company, good customer service.
