What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. No different then buying car insurance. Riding our scooters you want to be prepared for the unexpected. My Emove cruiser battery was damaged after an accident, the insurance covered it 100%. I brought this same insurance for my new scooter as well.

Extend is great
I have had previous scooters and I always get the Extend Protection Package. It has helped me with flat tires and even securing a new scooter one time. You never know what can happen, but it really makes things easy and provides a little extra piece of mind if you're going to use your scooter every day!
