Our parts have a flat ~15 to 20% markup—just enough to cover the real-world costs of:

We want to be clear:

If you purchased your Teverun scooter from VoroMotors, you’re fully supported.

If you purchased elsewhere, we ask that you reach out to your original seller for post-sale support.
Due to our slim margins on parts, we cannot accept returns from non-customers—especially when parts are purchased for test fitting, modification, or experimentation. This includes cases involving chargebacks or misleading claims. Even if you own a Teverun scooter, VoroMotors operates independently and cannot absorb the cost of resolving issues tied to purchases made elsewhere. If your scooter wasn’t purchased from us, it's your original seller's responsibility to provide support. Choosing the right seller matters—especially if you’re buying from another country.
