Yes, we know we’re not perfect. But how many companies put in this much work just to support one scooter?

Our parts have a flat ~15 to 20% markup—just enough to cover the real-world costs of:

  • Warehousing (including high-rent locations) with batteries insured policies

  • Employees who pick, pack, and QA each part

  • Photographing and labeling every SKU accurately

  • Inventory systems to sync it all for a smooth customer experience

We don’t overcharge, and we don’t cut corners.

🔁 Our Policy on Returns

We want to be clear:

  • If you purchased your Teverun scooter from VoroMotors, you’re fully supported.

  • If you purchased elsewhere, we ask that you reach out to your original seller for post-sale support.

Due to our slim margins on parts, we cannot accept returns from non-customers—especially when parts are purchased for test fitting, modification, or experimentation. This includes cases involving chargebacks or misleading claims. Even if you own a Teverun scooter, VoroMotors operates independently and cannot absorb the cost of resolving issues tied to purchases made elsewhere. If your scooter wasn’t purchased from us, it's your original seller's responsibility to provide support. Choosing the right seller matters—especially if you’re buying from another country.
