What Kind Of Warranty Does VoroMotors Offer?
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy. For more information, please visit our Warranty Policy Page.
We partner with Affirm, Katapult, ShopPay, and Klarna for financing. You can set up payment plans to purchase one big-ticket item or multiple things, like a new electric scooter, helmet, and other necessities. For more information, please visit our Financing Page.
When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?
All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days from the purchase date. Shipping time varies slightly during peak & holiday seasons. What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

TFT works amazingly. 👏 easy to install , just a plug and play. But i wasn't impressed with the shipment . Literally took 6 months to arrive !! I will probably never order anything else because of how long it to arrive. Very disappointed 😞

Great customer service by voro
Very happy with my replacement screen from voro. After coming back from a trip with my scooter and finding out the screen was damaged, was a huge letdown. I ordered the part, and even though it took some time to come in, the people at voro were always very quick to respond to shipping questions I had. They really are the real deal. Never even got it
Tracking showed delivered but it never showed up. I waited 3 days then went to the post office, they said if it says it was dropped off and i havent gotten it yet them i can go to the police to file a report…. Pretty bad experience. My current display doesnt work at all :(

I haven't had any updates on my Mantis king gt TFT parts i had place an order back in Dec 12 2024. When I order the part Voro had it as available in stock, only to receive and email from them telling me it's a preored and I will have to wait because the parts are coming from CHINA... Voro what is the status of my order? .
