What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. The inner tube survived a crash due to the outer tire untreading while riding. The scooter only had 500 miles on it and the company would not warrant the tire even though they said it should last 2500-3000. What the heck. A $25+ item after I bought 2 scooters from them and they wouldn't comp it. Bad company policy.

Great scooter
I am riding Touring. Great experience. It is sturdy and powerful. Allows me to carry a duffle bag full of groceries on it. I loaded it up to 120 pounds of cargo and had no issues. It is also very maintainable. Easy to fix minor issues, to disassemble some key parts. A lot of YouTube videos on repairs by the team help a lot. Great value, highly recommend!
