I ordered two of these, but only one came in with a charging port I didn’t order. I told them please send me another charger, but they said that my request has been closed. I don’t know what that means.
I can’t get my second charger? I paid for ?
It’s crazy cause I’m from Canada and we used to have to pay extra Canadian fee to voro motors plus exchange rate fees plus cross border fees, plus shipping and handling fees
Now, when you order, it’s just shipping and handling it’s just ridiculous. How they charge me all that other stuff for three years until they figured it out that they’re charging us two or three more times.! That’s why I started ordering stuff through Shop app and Best Buy Canada because you don’t have to pay for all these crazy expensive extra fees. 

I ordered the S/cruiser before this I cancelled the regular one, realizing the mistake then i had fixed charging port so I ordered two
scooter charges instead charge me $29 on top of the $39 for the charging port that was cancelled for the cost of the other charger 🔌 instead they sent one charger and the regular charging port not even the one they showed me in the pictures did they said they sent.
And now they say that my request has been closed what does that mean. That they took my other 29$and send me the wrong charging port probably cancelled me because Sam wanted me to join some Trustpilot account said i wasn’t interested all of a sudden my request was closed.

:PS their motor wire burnt the charging port, the controller, the controller wires, and fried the wires to the fog lights on both of my scooters 🛴 after two month of dealing with them, they finally sent me the right controller and wire, but gave me old set up for other scooter, 😒

I will come back and leave a more detailed review after testing the new battery on a long trip.

It is as tough as are roads are bad.Havent been able to ride because of weather.Have to get back on that.Better construction than a lot of mountain bikes.
Tried a few electrical bikes.This one is a good change.

I bought Roadrunner Pro and spare parts from Voro Motors. So far so good. Customer service is ready to support any issues. I would use the live support first and have screenshots ready of receipts and items for better understanding of any issues to your order. Over all, I've had a good experience with Voro Motors and I love my Roadrunner Pro!

I got my scooter last April 2023. I have 1236 miles on it.I have a 7yr old grandson that I take back and forth to school an summer camp, so 2 thirds of my scooter time as been with two people on the scooter and we have never had any failures. I purchased new brake pads an new tires an I'm having them installed toady.

The roadrunner v2 is awesome. I recently received mine so me and my wife could go on rides together and I couldn’t be happier with how well the bike handles feels and drives. The range is amazing and it’s smoother than butter to drive. I’ve had a few different vehicles in this price range and the roadrunner is one of the best I’ve tried in terms of power comfortability and handling. Highly recommend if you are looking to just end the look and get one.

Took a lot for research for my son to choose from surron to the E ride pro . We had a bad experience with super 73 , frames cracking on us . Making calls to you and eride pro . I have been wanting an electric dirt bike for about 12 years. The E-Ride Pro SS was worth the wait. Solid 2 hours of ride time at the ORV park climbing all the hills and racing all over. So much fun!

Order 4 refill kits and a phone holder. Phone holder was not in package and seems voro is not replacing it and telling me it's the post office problem.

Very fast and nimble. Doesn't wobble and is very sturdy. This will go a long way. Thank you for making this thing so affordable. Edit: one of the pegs came off but I had extra in house already so it wasn't a big problem for me
