Lorsque nous avons introduit pour la première fois les pneus tubeless de qualité automobile sur l'EMOVE Cruiser, cela a établi une nouvelle norme pour l'industrie des scooters électriques dans son ensemble : les crevaisons des pneus avec chambre à air appartiennent au passé. Cependant, comme le pneu tubeless est plus large de 1,75" que les pneus traditionnels, il a tendance à frotter un peu le garde-boue d'origine. Bien que cela n'affecte pas du tout l'expérience de conduite, c'était assez gênant pour certains.

Nous avons conçu 4 solutions différentes pour relever ce défi et avons créé le demi-aile. Il permet au pilote d'avoir plus de débattement de suspension, de se protéger contre les éclaboussures de boue et d'eau, tout en résolvant le problème de frottement des pneus.

Non seulement nous suivons tout le processus de R&D et de production de masse, mais nous n’avons pas vendu le garde-boue. Il est tout à fait logique pour nous de vendre le demi-aile en tant qu'accessoire, mais nous allons à l'encontre du choix populaire en l'offrant gratuitement à tous nos pilotes EMOVE en tant que mise à niveau matérielle.

Perfect transaction!!

I ordered the parts on a Monday morning, by 2pm that day I was sent an email stating the parts were in the mail. Wednesday 2 days later I received the parts and installed them. I had a issue with one of the parts and emailed Voro at 4pm, they responded to the email that same day before 5 and resolved the issue (my error). Perfect Transaction!!

Works as intended

Voro sent this to me for free months after I bought my scooter. I was impressed at the time for that kind of commitment to there customers. Hopefully they redesign the rear fender because my rear fender has broken twice just from hitting small bumps in the road. I removed the rear fender for this reason and ride without one now.

Fender bolts onto the scooter easily and feels solid. It's definitely made of a durable plastic material.

My scooter arrived with the half fender broken from the shipping, then they sent me a brand new one for free and it works great. A bit off centered but does its job well.

Unbelievably Good Service

When I ordered this I also ordered another wrong part. There online chat option answered me within seconds and had the order canceled and my money credited back within minutes. The next day I even got a phone call from them to make sure it was sorted. My new goto shop for all my parts.

PS the cruiser is the best scooter I have ever had.

Shipping and location

Paid twice for express/priority shipping and both times my order arrived much later then the expected date. Customer service refunded one shipping cost but wouldn't do anything about the second time. If you're not located near one of their very few locations, good luck getting any real help. Only reason it's not one star is because the scooter is good for the most part. Locking pin can be very faulty but as long as you teach yourself how to maintain your ride, it should work for awhile.
