Even though the 48V Controller was no problem and everything plugged in perfectly. The only problem is that the 500W Hub Motor (Rear) for my Roadrunner V2 is going through issues and making noises that concern me. So I had wrote an email to be able to ask for a replacement based on the fact that I still have a warranty valid.

CHEAP CHINESE COMPONENTS

I really did hesitate writing this review but after going through 3 different sets of Controllers for the Emove Roadrunner v2 I can confidently say they are cheaply made as EVERYTIME I connect my Controllers to the main Power supply they short out and bike doesn't even turn on... I tried switching the power supply by the battery removal tray thinking that may help NOPE they still short out so unfortunately I will be selling my V2 for parts as this is getting too expensive & not worth the effort after 7 months of waiting for parts to ship ftom overseas just to receive the parts and they short out before you can even get to riding.

We’d really like to help get to the bottom of this if you're open to it. To better assist, could you please let us know what the original issue was that led to the need for replacement controllers in the first place? Any additional details (symptoms, when it started, error codes, etc.) would be very helpful. You may reply to the email we sent you.
