What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. I didn't want to buy a brand new scooter so I went and bought a refurbished one I asked tech support what could be wrong with it they told me a scratch or a few miles when I got it it was in Tip Top condition Nothing was scratch It's a Wonderful machine

I looked at various options for the price point however this refurbished model ticked many boxes. Called the number and spoke to Dustin who was responsive with any questions and helped set up an invoice for me, Ordered it and received it 2 days later. So far so good. Unit looks good as new. Power is great and ride is very smooth. Will follow up in the coming months

My 🚗 is sort of jealous
Didn’t know what to expect when I bought my refurbished Dualtron thunder but I was very impressed. The package it came in had some damage but when I removed the scooter and inspected it, trying to find faults was difficult. It was pretty much new. It’s been several weeks and I get excited each ride now that I use it to get to work. Only down side is these aren’t waterproof. Would be nice if minimotors upgraded the display screen to something more futuristic.
