These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to individuals participating in the VoroMotors Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate (“you,” “Affiliate”), you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
We may email you regarding the Program and other VoroMotors-related material. We reserve the right to change the Program at any time without prior notice.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us if you are denied participation in the Program.
To qualify for commissions, you must have purchased and not returned any electric scooter sold by VoroMotors within 30 days of purchase.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Your affiliate link is automatically generated, but you may also generate links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks another affiliate’s link before yours, the most recent link clicked will receive the commission credit.
You may be assigned a coupon code, with details clarified in your dashboard. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote one. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
If a customer both clicks your link and uses your coupon, you will not receive double commission.

3. Advertising Rules

Affiliates may promote the VoroMotors website via approved online and offline channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, non-spam email, magazines, newspapers).
All paid promotions must receive prior written consent. Sales from non-approved paid ads will not be credited.
Bidding on brand names, product names, or domains in English is prohibited unless approved in writing. Foreign language bidding may be allowed with consent.
The following channels are prohibited:
- Adult, hate, violence, hacking, illegal content sites.
- Coupon/discount scraping or crawling sites.
- Spam (including unsolicited email).
 Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Accuracy of Representations

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about VoroMotors products, including specifications, performance, warranties, or guarantees. Promotional messaging must align with official VoroMotors product descriptions and marketing guidelines.

5. Commissions and Payment

Commission rates and structures are determined by the most current terms of the Affiliate Program, as displayed on your affiliate dashboard or on the program sign-up page, and may be updated by VoroMotors from time to time. The applicable rate at the time of the qualifying transaction will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing by VoroMotors. Commissions are calculated based on the order value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any other non-commissionable charges.
- You must provide valid payment details. 
- Payouts occur on the last day of the month, provided no fraud flags are raised.
- Commissions are paid only on completed orders not refunded within 30 days. Preorders or delayed fulfillments are paid after fulfillment.
- Minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. New affiliates (post-2024 sign-ups) must have at least 2 valid referred orders before payout.
- Payments may be made via PayPal, wire transfer, cheque, or cash.
VoroMotors may void transactions deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.

6. No Entitlement to Free Products

Affiliate participation, sales performance, or referral volume does not entitle you to receive any free products, scooters, bikes, or other items from VoroMotors, unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized VoroMotors representative.
 Any statements, implications, or assumptions regarding the receipt of free products without such written agreement are invalid and non-binding. Affiliates are prohibited from making any public claims or demands for free products from VoroMotors.

7. Marketing Tools

We may provide promotional assets (e.g., banners, logos, special discounts) via your affiliate dashboard.
Prohibited uses include:
- Links in chat rooms, newsgroups, or banner networks.
- Displaying VoroMotors content via desktop/mobile ad schemes without a direct click.
- Using other affiliates’ creatives without consent.
Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the VoroMotors Affiliate Program, you grant VoroMotors a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display any content you create or share relating to VoroMotors products, whether sponsored or not, across all media formats and channels now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, reposting, editing, and redistributing the content on VoroMotors’ social media accounts, websites, marketing materials, advertisements, and affiliate showcases.
 You confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

9. Cookie Tracking

We track referrals via cookies. Customers must allow cookies for tracking to work. The cookie duration is stated in the affiliate registration form. Orders made within the cookie period are credited automatically to the referring affiliate.
Browser extensions like Honey may interfere with tracking. If you suspect lost credit, you must provide proof for review.
We have no obligation to modify transactions without clear verification.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please read this

Coupon Code and Affiliate Referral Program Clarification:
We have received reports from affiliates regarding customers using coupon browser extensions, such as Honey, which may interfere with affiliate referral sales. We actively disable as many coupon codes as we can identify that are linked to coupon sites. However, please understand that there are limitations beyond our control, and we cannot track all of these variables. Should you believe that a customer used your referral code but did not receive proper credit, you will need to provide proof to our finance department. We will reach out to both you and the customer during this investigation.

Customers Using Another Code Instead of Yours:
If a customer who intended to use your referral code ends up using a different one, it is your responsibility to notify us. We will verify the situation by contacting both you and the customer directly to confirm that they initially intended to use your code. If we determine that another affiliate's code was used, we will inform the affiliate that their commission will be rescinded accordingly.

Program Transparency:
Voro has paid over $1 million USD in referral commissions to date and is known for handling affiliate payments fairly and transparently.
