Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

How to Apply for Financing

Step 1
You can preview all financing options and estimated rates for easy, automatic payments on individual product pages. If you are buying multiple products, you can apply for financing at checkout to view rates for everything in your cart. 
The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months. 

Step 2
At checkout, select which financing provider you would like to use.
If you have an existing account with that provider, you will be directed to login. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to complete a brief application. 

Step 3
If approved, select the payment option that works best for your budget. You can view APR rates, repayment schedule, and finalize your loan using the secure checkout.

The seat for the EMOVE RoadRunner is an upgrade from previous generations of the model, featuring a heat-wicking material, plush foam, and longer, taller saddle. You can upgrade your RoadRunner seat from the standard black to cream, or replace your seat if it gets damaged. Included with this scooter seat, you will receive a mounting bracket and built-in taillight with integrated turn signals. This seat was engineered for the EMOVE RoadRunner Pro. If you need a replacement for the Pro, please shop here.
