Although I've met, heard and read from people having a bad experience with VORO and the Cruiser. My personal experience has been far different, phenomenal to say the least. The customer support is outstanding. The Cruiser scooter is really second to none. If you're willing to bet on your own experience and have the common sense to follow their endless videos about maintaining your ride... This might be the last E-scooter you'll ever buy. I love my cruiser for the speed, the comfort and the range. I ride a few miles in to work, jump on the bus to the city, and from there with its range I can go anywhere.
