Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months.

The Dualtron Mini is a compact, powerful scooter that’s comfortable to ride, easy to maintain, and is built by one of the best brands in the industry. With a 52V 17.5 Ah LG battery, the Dualtron Mini has a range of 34 miles. Unlike dual-motor Dualtrons, the Mini is under 50 lbs, has a quick-release handle so you can easily fold and go, and fixed handlebars that are nearly 2’ wide. With a single rear 1450W motor, the Mini reaches speeds up to 32 mph. Not only that, the Mini can climb a 10% grade hill at up to 20 mph with a 165-lb rider. The dual suspension and 9” street tires are perfect for handling urban roads. If you’re looking for a premium, performance-level commuter, the Dualtron Mini’s got you covered.
