Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The Mantis Pro SE (special edition) is an excellent commuter scooter, and has a storied history in the industry. As the only single-stem scooter from Kaabo, the Mantis Pro is known for having a lighter build but quick performance. As the latest generation in the Pro line, this e-scooter has a bright high-mounted headlight and front and rear turn signals as built-in safety features. Along with these additions, the Mantis also has improved design and construction for a stiffer, more solid performance. With air-filled tires paired with front and rear spring suspension (not adjustable), the Mantis Pro scooter has a very nimble ride that works well on city streets. Not only is it made for carving corners, it also has a high water resistance rating, meaning it can withstand riding in wet environments. If you want a reliable scooter with enough speed to keep up with traffic, the Mantis Pro SE is an excellent choice.

Commuter Scooter

The Mantis Pro SE has the essential features you need in a solid commuter electric scooter. It has a sleek design with many of the cables neatly tucked away. If you need to stow it in a car boot, it’s easy to fold and weighs less than 70 lbs. On your way to work? The front and rear fenders keep debris from hitting you on your commute. With a rubber deck mat, the Mantis Pro scooter stays underfoot, even at high speeds, and is easy to clean. 

Great Range

With 45 miles of riding time, the Pro SE is the best scooter for everyday trips at moderate speed. As a dual motor scooter, the Mantis is more capable than smaller, lower powered models at riding up hills and getting ahead of other scooters on the road. With 1440 Wh of battery capacity, the Pro SE scooter goes the distance, and back, and still doesn’t need a recharge. 

Quick Speed

The Mantis Pro SE electric scooter has a 1000W front motor and 1000W rear motor for better acceleration on flat ground and uphill. With two motors, the Pro SE is powerful enough to hit 15 mph in 2 seconds flat; that’s faster than you really need, but helps when you want to get ahead of bicyclists and other riders. If you like riding fast scooters, the Mantis hits up to 41 mph top speed. 

Excellent Wheels

The 10” pneumatic tires (with inner tubes) have a great profile for riding on the streets. With front and rear spring suspension and Zoom disc brakes, the Mantis scooter provides a smooth ride even when the roads aren’t. Not only will you be able to come to a quick halt in emergencies, the hydraulic brakes help you avoid hand fatigue, as they’re easier to apply with less effort.

This scooter is so awesome. I can’t believe how fast this mantis pro is. I weigh 230 lbs 6’ tall and I’ve hit 37 mph on single motor, can’t believe how much power this scooter has.i would defiantly recommend this scooter to all my friends.

Awesome machine!

Bought this to go to work instead of Uber. It has insane power and its just alot of fun. The amount of features it's had like regenerative breaking and ABS is amazing. You can set how much power it has right off the line. It's got headlights, taillights (brake lights as well), running lights and turn signals. Couldn't be any happier 😊
