I didn't have a chance to use it yet, but it's nice to know that if I need help with my scooter I can rest assured I'll get this help.
Just two improvements I would recommend an adjustable height handle bar and a metal support for the annoying rear fender flap ! Come on that would be such an easy fix
Purchase the scooter which came defective wouldn't charge. Their customer support had me a shipping label to return it that day. And they even granted me a full refund with no restocking fee as they didn't have the same model in stock to replace the defective one .
I got my scooter in 2-days after ordering, and it came in secured packing. No issues with the scooter or the package coming damaged. I'm pleased with the scooter. It's more than what I expected. Voro Motors' pricing is the best out there, and the additional free 3-yeat extended warranty is the icing on the deal. I had inquiries before purchasing, and they were answered immediately -- the very friendly and helpful staff is a BIG PLUS and cannot be overlooked by any retailer! I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting a scooter. Kudos to Deb -- you're awesome!
Firstly, I’m not a person that gives online reviews, but I’ve been so impressed with Voro’s customer support I felt they deserved it. I received my new scooter and had a couple of issues (bent brake rotors and the throttle wouldn’t engage. I called customer support and they helped me troubleshoot and figure out the brake sensor needed to be adjusted. They provided me guidance on the call and managed to resolve that issue. They also shipped out replacement rotors. The scooter is working great, and they’ve been super responsive to any follow questions I’ve had. 100% recommend buying from Voro as good customer support is rare these days, and makes all the difference when you’re spending some decent money.
