Our scooters each have individual IP water-resistance ratings. However, none of our scooters are waterproof and wet conditions should be avoided whenever possible.
No, the scooters do not come with a VIN. However, the scooter does have a serial number located on the bottom or side of the deck.
Yes, each scooter will come with a charger. We recommend giving the scooter a full charge before your first ride!
Yes, our scooters come equipped with either Samsung or LG lithium ion batteries.
The very next day, some part of the RGB light on the stem is not working. Was disappointed with the quality of that. I brought it back already and they will order the lights and will call me when it gets there. I just don’t know how long will I wait. Creaky sound on the stem but I figured it out already where it’s coming from and I fixed it myself. Other than that, this scooter is hella fast (which I love) and it looks damn good.

The GTR is even better than you'd expect, and if you have a GTR I'm sure you expect alot! It's more fun than I can describe and their customer service is outstanding, they really do go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. A+++++ from me ALL DAY!!!
I purchased a Thunder in February 2022. Prior to making the purchase, I called Voromotor to ask questions about the scooter. Staff was very helpful. I received the Thunder within two days of purchase since I live in Southern Cal. As for the Thunder, phenomenal machine.
