All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

This elevated edition of the Victor, the longest-range dual motor scooter under 75 lbs, includes design upgrades that double as safety features, making the Victor Luxury an excellent commuter electric scooter. With a new rubberized deck, new footrest with built-in taillight, and more programmable LED lights on the swing arms, spotlight under-deck and running down the sides of the deck, you’ll have more ways to brace for speed and tons of flashy lights – so others will see you coming. Not only does the new footrest give riders a bit more space to brace, it also locks the stem to the deck and has a handhold for easier lifting when folded.
