Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months.

Great charger!

It stays alot cooler than the stock chargers, with it having the built in fan and heat sinks. It takes 12-14 hours to charge with the standard chargers, with fast charger about 6-8 hours.It also has a replaceable fuse (with extra fuses) I'm glad I got it!

I have not even tried the charger(s!), it came with..I haven’t needed, nor, wanted to..Get this up front , with that laundry list, you now know you’ll need…(You bought your scooter, right?
