What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Voro shipped my fast charger order quickly and packaged it securely. The charger does what it says; it charges my Emove Cruiser significantly faster than the original charger. Do note that this charger is much larger than the original, for obvious reasons, and utilizes a fan to keep the unit cool. The fan is fairly loud but shuts off automatically after the battery reaches full capacity. The unit appears to be much better quality than the original charger and hopefully it will last longer; I purchased the fast charger after my original charger died.
I definitely recommend the fast charger for anyone that owns the Emove Cruiser.

Great upgrade
I have been trying to go in long trips and cut down on charging times. This charger is big but it has a fan so it won’t get hot and it charges the scooter in sub 5 hrs.
