We are hiring a community manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for fostering social communities through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Youtube and more. Priority will be Reddit and Facebook. Working closely under the supervision of the marketing and customer service team, you will be representing the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. This role is about engaging and managing a positive social media presence - Growing our social media accounts is not a priority for this position. You must have a strong knowledge of the micro mobility industry.
