    Incident Report & Warranty Claims

    • Product must be purchased directly from our website.
    • Warranty claims made after 30 business days of delivery are subjected to delivery charges.
    • Warranty does not apply to wear & tear parts likes screws, brake pads, tires etc.
    • Warranty does not cover damages due to accidents or any form of personal negligence.
    • Warranty will not cover any damage which results from the application of improper cleaners, solvents or chemicals to the product, water damage, smoke or soot, or from exposure to saltwater, sea breeze or salt.
    • Warranty claims comes in the form of replacement spare parts, and does not cover for any additional charges incurred for the replacement itself - such as 3rd party repair fees.

    Repair Service Claims

    • Repair service claims made after 30 days of delivery may be subjected to delivery charges and other costs incurred to ship the product back to VOROMOTORS.
    • Spare parts used may be subjected to additional charges depending on warranty status.
    • Repair turnaround time depends on complexity of issues reported and number of repair requests pending by VOROMOTORS.
    • Repair/labour fees will be applicable if warranty has expired.
    • Customers are welcome to send the products in themselves to reduce any potential shipping costs.

    Exchange & Return Claims

    • Purchases must be made directly from our website.
    • Returns & Exchanges only applies to orders made within US.
    • If unopened, it must be within 10 days from delivery date. 15% restocking fees may be applied.
    • If opened, it must have lesser than 10 miles usage and within 3 business days of delivery. 20% restocking fees may be applied.
    • No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping.
    • Refurbished or discounted scooters will not be accepted for a return/exchange.
    • Return & Exchange unit must comply with all stated rules in the return policy.
