Return
All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
Warranty
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The first batch of Dualtron Storm Limited that Minimotors released had limited top speed. To remedy this rider-reported issue, Minimotors sent a new motor package for riders to install themselves - which is a hassle. Our stock is from the second batch. It's ready to ride, no DIY, and hits 68 mph top speed.
When you purchase the Storm Limited from VoroMotors, it comes with the new motor package installed, including larger 70 mm motors, wider rims and tires, wider swing arms, new EY3 display and throttle, and improved electrical connections.
Detailed Description
The Dualtron Storm Limited electric scooter packs the biggest battery and most powerful motors in a Minimotors scooter. Ever. It’s a monumental 84V 45 Ah LG battery, and you can ride for up to 136 miles. The Storm Limited truly levels up what it means to go fast with dual motors packing 11500 W max power. That’s hyper speed up to 68 mph, with a built-in steering damper to straighten out high-speed wobble. And you can double-tap the throttle for ludicrous boost mode for a 60A jolt. With Dualtron’s 45-step suspension system, Nutt hydraulic brakes, and durable RSC pneumatic tires, it’s like riding on an incredible storm cloud that you control.

Clean Control Center
The Storm Limited has excellent upgraded features in the cockpit, including an attractive push button console to control the lights, turn signals, horn, and eco/turbo modes. Along with a trigger throttle, rubber hand grips, hydraulic brake levers and nicely wrapped cables, the handlebars fold down. The spring-loaded handlebar design locks them solidly in place. The EYE LCD display allows you to easily access the performance settings, and the fingerprint reader helps secure the Storm Limited against undesirables (Note: four (4) fingerprint settings can be saved).
Swaggy Set of Lights
Like all other Dualtron electric scooters, the Storm Limited has a substantial set of lights. Although it does not have a high-mounted headlight, it has dual deck-mounted headlights and tail lights, turn signals, and a combo tail light. It also has programmable LEDs in the stem, neck, swingarms, and sides of the deck. The showstopper is the logo LED light that projects on the ground beneath the Storm Limited. If you like swag, this is the swaggiest stock scooters get.
Most Powerful Motors, Ever
The Storm Limited has limitless power, with dual 5750 W BLDC hub motors delivering up to 11500 W peak. And don’t forget about the Dualtron double-tap. Dualtron calls it the Overtaking function. When accelerating, double-tap the throttle for an extra 15A boost to zoom past riders around you.
Less Slipping, More Riding
One of the biggest differences between the Storm Limited and its predecessor is the deck. The original Storm has a removable battery housed in the deck, which is covered in grip tape and can be locked into place. The Storm Limited has a rubberized deck that measures 25.5” wide and 12.75” wide and a fixed battery.
Biggest Capacity Battery
The Storm Limited gives you 3780 watt hours of capacity for up to 136 miles of nearly unlimited range. Its massive 84V 45 Ah li-ion LG battery is housed in the deck. With dual GX20-3P charging ports that you can pair with dual fast chargers, you can ride longer and recharge faster.
Limitless possibilities
The Storm Limited has dual Nutt hydraulic brakes with big 160 mm rotors, which make this ultra performance electric scooter much easier to bring to a stop. Dualtron calls the 11” x 3.5” tubeless tires RSC (run flat system component) or no-flat tires, but that means they’re highly durable and puncture resistant – not puncture proof.
