Not the best service, but the best service available.
Customer service is exemplary. I have no quarrel with that however. My number one issue with this company has nothing to do with their Customer service
It has to do with this, providing everything needed to get the job done. Providing everything to get the job done. Like Missing nuts, bolts and/or screws. And not willing to work with their customers to take and get it replaced.
Having to go to outside sources for that? I mean, if you're gonna take and make something at least have the ability to do that therre Almost saying they would rather you throw away valuable material, then replace a couple of small parts and reduce garbage. And that's the entire allure of these. Put your money where your mouth is.
You guys are top-notch. All i'm asking act like it. You guys certainly are the best. And I hope I can say that for yours to come.

Love it charge my mantis so quickly that I could I ride in the morning go home take a nap charge up for a evening ride again
