Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months.

With a smaller battery and dual motors for 4648 W max power, the Achilleus top speed is 47 mph. The wide tubeless tires result in a stable ride, and the dual hydraulic brakes slow you to a halt in an emergency. Want a brand new scooter? If something goes wrong with your Dualtron scooter and we can’t fix it, we’ll give you a new replacement scooter (equal value). How does it work? When you purchase a Dualtron scooter, add a 1-year Extend protection plan to the cart, and apply the code “FreeExtend” at checkout. You receive two years of end-to-end product protection. Very good scooter!

So powerful and only 89lb! All specs as described. Nice adjustable suspension and brakes. Good stability, almost no any wobbles. Footrest is very useful for me.
I really enjoy riding this scooter!

What I don't like about it:
No IP rating , no turn signals, no headlights. Lighting button placed next to charger so you have to stop scooter to press it. Standard handlebars rotate and too soft, they are bad overall so I had to replace it.
